It’s 10 am on a Thursday morning.  We fire up the massive ovens and begin to prepare our famous pizza dough. 

The produce shipment arrives right away with juicy tomatoes, crisp romaine lettuce, and bright green onion.  As the ovens hum, the smell of our freshly baked cookies warms the air throughout the dining room. 

We do the same thing every morning; we prepare the freshest produce we can get our hands on.  Once preparation is done, we have the finest ingredients to make you the best pizza in the world! 

All of this preparation, time and care we put into each dish raises the bar for all restaurants in Corona.
